Juliya had severe arch crowding in addition to a missing lateral incisor. This resulted in overlapping teeth that were also shifted to one side. A preliminary procedure called gum recontouring was done prior to the veneers so the smile would be level. The new smile also had to be carefully designed in wax on a model so the teeth would be the proper size and positioned symmetrically. The goals were achieved to straighten the teeth, make them a whiter, prettier color to give Juliya a stunning smile. This is an example of "instant orthodontics".
